Open Day Tours a Hit

Today marked the first of Westside Christian College’s Open Day Tours for 2016. By all accounts it was a great success.

More than fifteen families took the opportunity to browse the newly-renovated Primary campus and the leafy Secondary campus. Applications have begun pouring in already. Parents commented positively on the great work of the student tour guides.

Open Day Tours 2016

Our students are our greatest ambassadors.

On the day, parents were able to meet key College Administration team including Head of Primary, Mr Graeme Dallinger, Head of Secondary, Mr Joshua Mansfield and College Principal, Mr Barry Leverton.

The personalised tours were led by Senior Secondary students, who relished the opportunity to explain what makes Westside unique. Mr Leverton reflected, “Our students are our product. They are our best ambassadors and we’re very proud of how they presented themselves to visitors to the College.

Open Day tours allow prospective parents and students to see the College in action. They can tour classrooms, watch the lessons, get to know the community and explore the grounds. Parents and children can imagine how they might find themselves at Westside.

All are invited to attend the College Open Night on Friday May 6, 2016. Stay tuned for more details.
